Michael Preston

Michael Preston is a native Floridian who has lived in Florida his entire life. From northeast Florida, Michael went off to college at the University of Florida and received a degree in Sports Turf Management. Following graduation, he then went to live in southwest Florida to pursue a career as an Accounts Manager for a landscape management firm. The family brought him back to St. Augustine.
His experience in the landscape business, building relationships, developing a solid customer service, and helping others is what led him to the real estate profession.
In his free time, Michael enjoys going out and finding new interesting restaurants, going to concerts at the St. Augustine amphitheater, or sometimes just being at home with his golden retriever, Ziggy. Of course, growing up on the water, Michael loves being at the beach or out in the boat. He also enjoys living a healthy lifestyle by constantly developing new healthy recipes and exercising on a regular basis.
